Another Tunerie tab is still open with an older version of your local
data, and it is holding the update open. Close your other Tunerie tabs,
then reload this page.
Your browser's graphics system is stuck
Safari's GPU process has stopped handing out graphics contexts. This
isn't specific to Tunerie — it affects every site that draws with
WebGL, and closing the window doesn't clear it. Quit Safari completely
(⌘Q) and reopen it, or open Tunerie in Chrome or Firefox.
